upplier hereby accepts such appointment subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Supplier and Franchisee acknowledge and agree that this is a non-exclusive appointment and that during the Term (as defined below) other suppliers may or could be retained to perform the same or similar duties if such suppliers are approved by Beggars in accordance with the terms of the Franchise Agreement.

- Term; Termination. The Agreement will become effective on the Agreement Date and, except as otherwise provided in the Agreement, will remain in full force and effect until the sooner of the expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement (the "Term"). The Agreement will automatically terminate upon the termination of the Franchise Agreement. Either party will have the right to terminate the Agreement upon thirty (30) days prior written notice and opportunity to cure if a material default by the other party occurs.

According to Beggars Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the supplier agreement's term is tied to the Franchise Agreement. The supplier agreement becomes effective on the agreement date and remains in effect until the Franchise Agreement expires or is terminated. The supplier agreement will automatically terminate if the Franchise Agreement is terminated.
Either party, the franchisee or the supplier, has the right to terminate the supplier agreement if a material default occurs by the other party. However, the terminating party must provide thirty (30) days prior written notice and an opportunity to cure the default.
Additionally, if a Beggars Pizza franchisee fails to pay any invoice within the required period, the supplier will provide notice of the failure. The franchisee then has five (5) days to cure the failure. If the franchisee does not make all required payments within this five-day cure period, the supplier has the right to immediately terminate the supplier agreement.
