What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beggars Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, SpeedLine, at its sole discretion, can suspend a customer's use of their service under two primary conditions. First, if the customer's account becomes delinquent, meaning it falls into arrears, SpeedLine may suspend access to the online services. This suspension will occur after a 5 business days' email notice.

Second, SpeedLine may suspend services if the customer materially breaches the agreement and fails to rectify the breach within 5 business days of receiving notice. This suspension is presented as an alternative to terminating the agreement entirely, but it does not limit SpeedLine's right to terminate the agreement at any time following the suspension.

These conditions are important for a prospective Beggars Pizza franchisee to understand, as they outline the circumstances under which their access to SpeedLine's online services, crucial for order management and potentially other business operations, could be interrupted. It is also important to note that SpeedLine retains the right to terminate the agreement even after a suspension, highlighting the importance of adhering to the agreement's terms and conditions and maintaining timely payments.
