Thereafter, unless otherwise stated in the Quote, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive periods equal to the Initial Term as set forth in the Quote, (each a "Renewal Term"), beginning at the end of the Initial Term or the then current Renewal Term, as the case may be, unless Customer provides notice of termination not less than 30 days before the end of the Initial Term or the then current Renewal Term, as applicable.
Applicable pricing and billing will continue unchanged unless SpeedLine notifies Customer of changes in pricing and/or billing, including Subscription Fees, billing interval, minimum Subscription Fees, acceleration fees, or any other business terms, at least 30 days prior to any anniversary of the Billing Start Date or as set forth in the Quote.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document excerpts, the agreement between SpeedLine and the Customer will automatically renew for successive periods equal to the Initial Term as set forth in the Quote. This automatic renewal begins at the end of the Initial Term or the then-current Renewal Term.
However, this automatic renewal is not indefinite. The customer has the option to provide notice of termination, which must be given not less than 30 days before the end of the Initial Term or the then-current Renewal Term. If the customer provides this notice, the agreement will not renew.
