c. Customer's account will be considered delinquent (in arrears) if payment in full is not received by the due date. SpeedLine fees and charges are exclusive of all applicable value added taxes, withholding, and other taxes, levies, or duties, and Customer will be responsible for payment of all such amounts. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beggars Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a customer's account with SpeedLine will be considered delinquent if full payment is not received by the due date. This is in reference to fees associated with SpeedLine's services, which are invoiced for each billing interval, typically up to ten days before the start of that interval. These fees are due upon the customer's receipt of SpeedLine's invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon.
If an account is considered delinquent, any amount not paid by the customer when due will bear interest. The interest rate is 1.5% per month, which is equivalent to 18% per annum, or the maximum applicable legal rate, whichever is less. This interest applies to any unpaid amounts, including disputed amounts that are resolved in SpeedLine's favor.
In addition to accruing interest on delinquent accounts, SpeedLine reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customer's access to the service, terminate the agreement, or withhold customer support and professional services. SpeedLine will provide a 5-day email notice before taking such actions. This delinquency clause is related to the customer's payment of fees to SpeedLine for services rendered, not directly related to a Beggars Pizza customer's account with the franchisee itself.
