NO WARRANTIES:
THE SUPPORT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". SPEEDLINE DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, DURABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OR NON-VIOLATION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. SPEEDLINE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATIONS OF THE SOFTWARE OR THE CUSTOMER'S COMPUTER AND SYSTEMS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
THE LIMITATIONS UPON WARRANTIES AND UPON ANY LIABILITY OF SPEEDLINE OR ITS SUPPLIERS AND UPON THE CUSTOMER'S REMEDIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE AND UPDATES ARE AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE SPEEDLINE SOLUTIONS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT OR SPEEDDINE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (AS APPLICABLE).
