. THIS IS SPEEDLINE'S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND THE CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS. SpeedLine does not guarantee or warrant that the Software will meet all of the Customer's requirements or that the Software will run uninterrupted or error free. The warranty does not cover any Software that has been modified or changed in anyway, unless done so by SpeedLine. The warranty does not cover any Software that has been abused or damaged. SpeedLine is not responsible for problems with the interaction, interfacing or incompatibility of the Software with other third party software. SpeedLine is not responsible for other third party software or any components thereof where the Software is to be incorporated into or used with them.

SpeedLine is not responsible for problems or incompatibilities:

  • (a) caused by changes in computer hardware or computer operating systems made or implemented after the release or implementation of the Software.
