The SpeedLine agreements also address customer content and user data. All customer content and user data remains the sole property of the franchisee. The franchisee grants SpeedLine a non-exclusive license to use, copy, store, transmit, and display customer content and user data to the extent reasonable to provide and maintain the service. The franchisee will have possession of all user data which will be stored on the franchisee's servers where the SpeedLine POS Solution is installed.
