Is Speedline liable to any third party for any modification of the service provided to a Beggars Pizza franchisee?

According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, Speedline is not liable to any third party for any modification of its service. Specifically, Speedline reserves the right to modify its service at any time, either temporarily or permanently.

If Speedline modifies the service in a way that removes or disables a feature that a Beggars Pizza franchisee relies on, the franchisee has the right to terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice.
