What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beggars Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, SpeedLine invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Specifically, Subscription Fees will be invoiced for each billing interval up to ten days before the first day of that billing interval and are due upon receipt of SpeedLine's invoice.
If an invoice is not paid by the due date, the account will be considered delinquent. Any amount not paid when due will bear interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, equivalent to 18% per annum, or the maximum applicable legal rate, whichever is less, until paid.
Prospective Beggars Pizza franchisees should note the importance of timely payments to avoid late fees and potential disruptions in service from SpeedLine. It would be prudent to clarify the typical billing interval and ensure that payment processes are in place to meet the invoice deadlines.
