How will SpeedLine interact with individual Beggars Pizza locations under Second-Level Support?

Beggars_Pizza Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Second-Level Support: Second-Level Support coverage is identical to Standard Support coverage, except that support calls under a Second-Level Support Services Agreement may come ONLY from the Customer's SpeedLine certified support technicians. The Customer's support technicians must be fully trained and certified by SpeedLine before a Second-Level Support Services Agreement can take effect. In the event of a problem, SpeedLine will support the Customer's certified support technician as needed to resolve the issue. SpeedLine will interact with individual locations only through the involvement of the Customer's certified support technician. All stores in an organization on Second-Level Support must have a Second-Level Support Services Agreement. No stores can be off support services. The organization will be invoiced and required to pay for Second-Level Support for all the organization's stores in accordance with SpeedLine's payment terms, regardless of any fees recovery or collection the organization may make from its stores.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza FDD, SpeedLine's Second-Level Support operates differently from Standard Support. Under Second-Level Support, SpeedLine will only interact with individual Beggars Pizza locations through the Beggars Pizza franchisee's SpeedLine-certified support technicians.

For a Beggars Pizza franchisee to qualify for Second-Level Support, their support technicians must be fully trained and certified by SpeedLine. In the event of a problem, SpeedLine will then support the franchisee's certified technician to resolve the issue. This means that individual store locations cannot directly contact SpeedLine for support; instead, they must go through the certified technician employed by the franchisee.

All Beggars Pizza stores within an organization using Second-Level Support must have a Second-Level Support Services Agreement, and all stores must be under this support service. The organization (franchisee) will be invoiced and required to pay for Second-Level Support for all of its stores, regardless of any fee recovery or collection the organization may make from its stores. This implies that a Beggars Pizza franchisee cannot pick and choose which stores receive Second-Level Support; it must be applied consistently across all locations.
