What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, several sections of the Franchise Agreement are deleted in their entirety. These deletions are made via an addendum to the franchise agreement.
Specifically, Section 2.2, Section 3.1, Section 3.3, Section 3.4, Section 5.1, Section 5.3, Section 7.8, Section 12.1, and Section 15.2.1 of the Franchise Agreement are all deleted in their entirety. Additionally, Exhibit B of the Franchise Agreement is also deleted completely.
