onto the Devices. Upon any End User no longer requiring the SpeedLine Pay App as part of the End User's duties for Customer or any End User ceasing to be employed by Customer, Customer agrees to ensure that the SpeedLine Pay App is immediately deleted or removed from the End User's Device. As between SpeedLine and Customer, Customer accepts responsibility for use of the SpeedLine Pay App in relation to any Device, whether or not the Device is owned by Customer.
Customer and/or its End User is responsible at their cost to: (i) provide all Devices and any other equipment or systems necessary to use the SpeedLine Pay App, (ii) meet the operating system and other system requirements for the SpeedLine Pay App;

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beggars Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the customer, and/or its end users, is responsible for providing all devices necessary to use the SpeedLine Pay App. This includes any other equipment or systems necessary to use the app. They are also responsible for meeting the operating system and other system requirements for the SpeedLine Pay App.
In practical terms, this means that as a Beggars Pizza franchisee, you are responsible for supplying the mobile phones, tablets, or handheld devices that your employees will use to operate the SpeedLine Pay App. This also includes ensuring that these devices meet the technical specifications required for the app to function correctly. This responsibility extends to covering the costs associated with these devices.
Furthermore, the franchisee is responsible for obtaining Internet access and paying all telecommunications charges for the use of the SpeedLine Pay App. This means that in addition to providing the physical devices, you must also ensure that they have the necessary internet connectivity to use the app and cover any data or usage charges incurred. Beggars Pizza franchisees must also obtain any necessary permission from the owners of any Devices that are not owned by Customer to download a copy of the SpeedLine Pay App onto the Devices.
