Who is responsible for paying applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges related to SpeedLine equipment and software purchases for Beggars Pizza?

According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza FDD, the customer, which in this case would be the franchisee, is responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and other governmental tariffs, fees, and other charges related to the sale of SpeedLine equipment and services, as well as the granting of the software license. These charges are based on SpeedLine's designated supply facility location, if applicable, and the location where the equipment and software will be implemented, used, and the services provided.
