- 6.2 Additional Programs. Franchisee, Franchisee's managers, and other employees must also attend such additional courses, seminars, conferences, monthly or annual meetings, and other training programs as Franchisor may reasonably require from time to time, and for which Franchisor may charge a fee.
- 6.3 Training Expenses. All trainings and meetings required by this Section 6, will be at such times and places as may be designated by Franchisor, and also may be conducted via Internet, intranet, conference call, or such other means as Franchisor determines in its sole discretion. For all training courses, seminars and programs required by Section 6.1 hereof, Franchisor will provide, at no charge to Franchisee, instructors, training materials, and technical training tools. Franchisee will be responsible for any reasonable registration fees and all other expenses incurred by Franchisee and its employees in connection with the initial training program and any additional courses, seminars, and other training programs, and mandatory meetings and/or conferences including, without limitation, the costs of transportation, lodging, meals, and wages.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beggars Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beggars Pizza franchisees, their managers, and other employees must attend additional training courses, seminars, conferences, monthly or annual meetings, and other training programs that Beggars Pizza may reasonably require from time to time. Beggars Pizza is allowed to charge a fee for these additional training programs.
The FDD specifies that all training courses and meetings will be at times and places designated by Beggars Pizza and may be conducted via the Internet, intranet, conference call, or other means determined by Beggars Pizza. For the initial training program, Beggars Pizza will provide instructors, training materials, and technical training tools at no charge to the franchisee.
The franchisee is responsible for any reasonable registration fees and all other expenses incurred by the franchisee and its employees in connection with the initial training program and any additional courses, seminars, and other training programs, and mandatory meetings and/or conferences including, without limitation, the costs of transportation, lodging, meals, and wages.
