a. Customer is responsible for providing and maintaining a website for its business on which a link to the Service will be placed that Users will click to go to the Service and place online orders for Customer's food. Customer is responsible for all equipment, telecommunications, and services necessary to make (and maintain) its website.
- b. SpeedLine will post the App for download by Users at app store provider websites specified in the Quote, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any rules or policies applied by the app store provider(s).
- c. Customer understands that electronic communication is necessary for Customer's use of the Service. Customer consents to SpeedLine's receipt and storage of electronic communications, User Data and Customer Content. Customer acknowledges that Customer's electronic communications will involve transmission over the Internet and over various other networks that are not owned or operated by SpeedLine. Customer agrees that SpeedLine is not responsible for any electronic communications, User Data or Customer Content which are delayed, lost, altered, intercepted or stored without authorization during the transmission of any data whatsoever across networks not owned or operated by SpeedLine, including, without limitation, the Internet.
