What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beggars Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all data related to the restaurant's operations, including consumer and transaction data, is owned exclusively by the franchisor. However, Beggars Pizza licenses the use of this data back to the franchisee at no additional cost.

The franchisee's use of this data is specifically limited to the term of the Franchise Agreement. Furthermore, the franchisee can only use the data in connection with the establishment and operation of their Beggars Pizza restaurant, as outlined in the agreement.

This arrangement allows Beggars Pizza to maintain control over valuable data generated within its franchise system, while still enabling franchisees to utilize the information for their day-to-day business activities. Upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement, the franchisee's right to use this data also terminates.
