Who provides support and updates for the SpeedLine service to Beggars Pizza customers?

Support and updates for the Service will be provided by SpeedLine to the Customer as Standard Support or Second Level Support (as stipulated in the Quote) in accordance with SpeedLine's then current standard form of Support Services Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, SpeedLine Solutions Inc. provides support and updates for the SpeedDine online ordering system to Beggars Pizza customers. The level of support provided, either Standard Support or Second Level Support, is stipulated in the Quote and is in accordance with SpeedLine's current standard Support Services Agreement.
SpeedLine also offers optional Store Management Support Services as an add-on to either Standard Support or Second-Level Support. These services, detailed in SpeedLine's Store Management Support Services Agreement, include menu and system configuration change management, software upgrade management, password updates, and online ordering website updates. Additionally, SpeedLine may provide optional Premiere Support Services as an add-on to Standard Support, purchased monthly with an initial term of 12 months.
Customers can also opt for Per Incident Support for certain SpeedLine Software licenses and services, which provides telephone support during SpeedLine's normal office hours. However, customers are charged per incident for this type of support. It is important to note that SpeedLine does not guarantee the quality of the support products and services provided and is not responsible for interruptions or loss of business due to the non-operation of the computer system or software.
