What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, there are specific instances where Beggars Pizza can terminate the franchise agreement without offering the franchisee an opportunity to cure the default. These situations involve serious breaches of the agreement.

Beggars Pizza can terminate the agreement immediately if the franchisee misuses the Proprietary Marks, impairs the associated goodwill, or infringes on Beggars Pizza's rights. Immediate termination is also possible if the franchisee refuses to allow Beggars Pizza to inspect the premises or the franchisee's financial records.

Additionally, if a franchisee receives a notice of default and fails to take immediate action to remedy the situation, or if the franchisee repeats the same default even after curing it previously, Beggars Pizza can terminate the agreement without further notice. This means that franchisees must be vigilant in maintaining compliance with the franchise agreement to avoid immediate termination and the loss of their franchise.
