What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, the "Price" refers to the purchase price for each product that the designated supplier charges the franchisee. The current purchase price for each product as of the agreement date is detailed in Exhibit A of the agreement between the franchisee and the supplier.
Beggars Pizza's supplier has the ability to make reasonable adjustments to these prices, providing the franchisee receives written notice, either directly or through updates to the Beggars Pizza operations manual. However, this obligation to provide notice does not extend to products with frequent wholesale price fluctuations, as determined by the supplier.
The prices quoted to the Beggars Pizza franchisee by the supplier include all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as transportation fees. This means the franchisee will not be charged separately for these costs, offering a degree of predictability in budgeting for supplies.
