- SUPPORT SERVICES: SpeedLine agrees to provide the support services of the type and as otherwise set forth in the Quote and the Customer agrees to pay the amount set forth in the Quote for such support services on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Quote. The form of the agreement for the support services shall be in SpeedLine's current standard form of Support Services Agreement.

- TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT: The terms and conditions of payment of all amounts owing by the Customer to SpeedLine hereunder are:
- (a) Any deposit as set forth in the Quote (where applicable), and (where applicable) signed equipment leasing documentation including the leasing company's approval of financing to the Customer and the leasing company's purchase order to SpeedLine for the equipment is required by SpeedLine prior to acceptance and processing of the Customer's order and prior to SpeedLine confirming the implementation and training dates.

- (b) All amounts owing by the Customer to SpeedLine hereunder (except for deposits already paid) from time to time shall be paid to SpeedLine or as directed by SpeedLine in the amount(s) and at the time(s) and on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Quote, including but not limited to the balance as set forth in the Quote.
- (c) All amounts owing by the Customer to SpeedLine hereunder which are not known at the time of signing the Agreement, including, but without limitation, costs of shipping and handling, and insurance during shipment and delivery of the equipment and on-premises implemented software, shall be invoiced by SpeedLine to the Customer, and shall be paid by the Customer to SpeedLine or as directed by SpeedLine in full by the due date indicated on the invoice, which will be issued based upon SpeedLine's then-current standard invoicing terms.

According to Beggars Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the payment terms and conditions for amounts owed to SpeedLine are detailed in the SpeedLine Solutions Inc. System Purchase Agreement. Beggars Pizza franchisees must adhere to the terms outlined in the agreement and any associated quotes. A deposit, if applicable, as specified in the quote, along with signed equipment leasing documentation, including leasing company approval and purchase order, is required before SpeedLine accepts and processes the order and confirms implementation and training dates.
All amounts owed to SpeedLine, excluding previously paid deposits, must be paid as directed by SpeedLine, according to the amounts, times, and terms set forth in the agreement and the quote. For amounts not known at the time of signing, such as shipping, handling, and insurance costs, SpeedLine will invoice the franchisee, and payment is due by the date indicated on the invoice, based on SpeedLine's standard invoicing terms.
If a Beggars Pizza franchisee has overdue payments to SpeedLine, these will accrue interest at a rate of 18% per annum, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. This interest is calculated from the due date until the payment is made in full. The FDD also specifies that if the currency of payments is not specified in the Quote, then the Customer agrees that the currency of all payments under this Agreement will be United States currency.
