According to Beggars Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the Proprietary Marks is APG Enterprises, Inc., which is identified as Beggars Pizza's affiliate and referred to as the "Trademark Owner".
Beggars Pizza, as the Franchisor, has been granted the right to use and license others to use the Proprietary Marks by APG Enterprises, Inc. This arrangement allows Beggars Pizza to franchise its business model and brand identity to franchisees.
