Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Where a License is for a subscription license term, the License will remain in force for the initial term specified in the Quote (36 or 12 months), and thereafter will automatically renew for consecutive renewal terms of 12 months each, unless either party terminates the subscription license term upon not less than thirty (30) days' notice to the other party before the end of the then current initial or (if any) renewal term (as the case may be), or unless earlier

terminated by either party as provided herein. This Agreement will automatically terminate when there are no remaining Licenses in effect.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, the agreement for a subscription license term will remain in force for the initial term specified in the Quote, either 36 or 12 months. After this initial period, the agreement automatically renews for consecutive renewal terms of 12 months each.

However, either party has the option to terminate the subscription license term. To do so, they must provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' notice to the other party before the end of the then-current initial or any renewal term. This notice must be given if they wish to terminate the agreement at the end of either the initial term or any subsequent renewal term.

It's also important to note that the agreement will automatically terminate if there are no remaining licenses in effect. This could occur if all licenses have expired or been terminated for any reason. This information pertains to the SpeedLine software agreement, which is a necessary component for operating a Beggars Pizza franchise.
