We do not operate Beggars Pizza® Restaurants ourselves; however, our affiliated companies APG Enterprises, Inc. ("APG"), BPNL LLC ("BPNL"), Lansing B.P., Inc. ("Lansing"), Oak Forest BP, Inc. ("Oak Forest BP"), BP Crestwood, LLC ("BP Crestwood"), and Garelo LLC own and operate Beggars Pizza® Restaurants that are referred to in this disclosure document as "affiliate-owned restaurants." The principal place of business of all of our affiliated companies referenced above is 12949 South California Avenue, Blue Island, Illinois 60406.

Our affiliate Begcom, LLC ("Begcom") sells products to our franchisees. Our affiliate Beg Adv, Inc. provides advertising services to our franchisees. The principal place of business of both Begcom and Beg Adv, Inc. is 142 Augusta Drive, Palos Heights, Illinois 60436. Neither Begcom nor Beg Adv, Inc. have offered franchises in this or any other line of business.
