Per Incident Support (certain SpeedLine Software licenses and services only): The Customer is provided with telephone support during SpeedLine's normal office hours weekdays, excluding statutory holidays, Pacific Time only, which may change from time to time, for the purpose of assisting the Customer's personnel with the function and operation of the Software. The Customer will be charged for support services on a per-incident basis. SpeedLine reserves the right to establish limits for each incident. The rate charged will be the current incident rate for SpeedLine support service. A separate fee is charged for work on each issue. This fee covers recurrences of the same issue up to seven days after initial resolution. SpeedLine will determine whether a reported issue is a recurrence of the same previous issue. For more information on rates and exclusions, please contact SpeedLine support. Per Incident Support has a minimum term of one year.
