What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beggars Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beggars Pizza will conduct up to two on-site evaluations at their expense as part of the site approval process, assuming a Site Selection Addendum is signed. These evaluations are contingent upon Beggars Pizza deeming them necessary and appropriate.

If additional on-site evaluations are required beyond the initial two, the franchisee is responsible for reimbursing Beggars Pizza for all related expenses. These expenses include the costs of travel, lodging, and meals incurred by Beggars Pizza during the additional evaluations.

This policy ensures that Beggars Pizza provides initial support in site selection while also managing its costs. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in potential expenses for additional site evaluations beyond the initial two covered by Beggars Pizza.
