What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza FDD, payments to SpeedLine must be made by pre-authorized credit or debit card, account debit, certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, money order, or other means approved in writing by SpeedLine in advance. If a Beggars Pizza franchisee pays by credit or debit card, the amount SpeedLine is required to pay to the card issuer will be added to the amount the franchisee owes to SpeedLine.
If payments are not specified in the quote, the currency for all payments will be in United States currency. Beggars Pizza is also responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and other governmental tariffs, fees, and other charges pertaining to the sale of equipment and services, and the granting of the software license. These charges are based on SpeedLine's designated supply facility location, where applicable, and on the location where the equipment and software will be implemented and used, and the services provided.
Any payments that are overdue will accrue interest at a rate of 18% per annum, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, calculated from the due date until the payment is made in full. All SpeedLine quotes accepted by the Beggars Pizza franchisee and all invoices issued by SpeedLine are incorporated into the agreement and form a part of it. Any preprinted terms on purchase orders or commercial documentation submitted by the franchisee are rejected and superseded by the agreement.
