Manuals
In order to protect our reputation and goodwill and to maintain high standards of operation under the System, you must operate the Restaurant in accordance with the standards, methods, policies, and procedures specified in the Manuals that will be loaned to you for the term of your Franchise Agreement once you complete the initial training program to our satisfaction. The Manuals may consist of multiple volumes of printed text, computer disks, other electronically stored data, DVDs, and/or videotapes. We may provide a portion or all of the Manuals (including updates and amendments), and other instructional information and materials, in or via electronic media including through the Internet. If your copy of the Manuals is lost, stolen, or destroyed, you must obtain another copy of the Manuals from us and pay us a replacement fee of $250.
