Customer and its End Users are required to comply with all technology control or export laws and regulations that apply to the technology used or supported by the SpeedLine Pay App.
Customer will be assumed to have obtained any necessary permission from the owners of any Devices that are not owned by Customer to download a copy of the SpeedLine Pay App onto the Devices.
To the extent there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Software License Agreement and the terms and conditions set out below, the terms and conditions set out below will prevail, provided that the Software License Agreement and the terms and conditions set out below will be read together so as to be given full legal effect.
