You and all managers of the Restaurant approved by us must successfully complete our initial training program at any time prior to the opening of the Restaurant. Any managers subsequently employed by you must complete our training within 90 days of their date of hire. Our initial training program consists of approximately 15 days of training at our headquarters in Blue Island, Illinois and/or at an affiliate-owned Beggars Pizza® Restaurant in Illinois.

The initial training program is currently provided on an as-needed basis. The instructional materials used in the initial training program consist of the Manuals and other operational materials used in Beggars Pizza® Restaurants. We do not charge tuition or impose a fee for training-related materials in connection with our initial training program, but you are responsible for all trainingrelated expenses incurred by all persons who attend training including costs of travel, lodging, meals, and wages.

Our training program is overseen by Raymond Cantelo who has been our principal trainer since we began franchising in 2004. Mr. Cantelo was the Manager of a Beggars Pizza® Restaurant located in Oak Forest, Illinois from January 1998 until June 2000 and has been the General Manager and Vice President of Operations of Oak Forest BP, which operates two Beggars Pizza® Restaurants, from June 2000 to the present.

Our initial training program may change due to updates in materials, methods, manuals, and personnel, or other reasons, without advance notice to you. The subjects and time periods allocated to the subjects actually taught to a particular franchisee and its personnel may vary based on the experience of the persons being trained.
