If SpeedLine provides implementation and training for Beggars Pizza, what services do they provide in connection with the software products?

but without limitation, travel time for SpeedLine's personnel and SpeedLine's out-of-pocket expenses for travel, food and lodging of SpeedLine's personnel, on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Quote. The implementation date and the training dates and schedule will be notified to the Customer, and where applicable, upon SpeedLine receiving the required deposits and/or the required equipment leasing company documentation.
7. SPECIAL SERVICES AND CROSS BORDER SERVICES: The software products are manufactured in Canada. The software products of SpeedLine require implementation and training to be carried out only by specially trained technicians. In connection with the software products, including the software products which are supplied by SpeedLine from Canada and delivered to the Customer outside Canada, and where SpeedLine will provide the implementation and training, incidental to the payments by the Customer to SpeedLine for the software license and the system purchase as described in this Agreement, SpeedLine will provide the services of one or more specially trained technicians with the required special knowledge of the software products to provide the implementation and training as called for under and within the costs set

- APPROVED SUPPLIER: Where the Licensor of the Customer has approved SpeedLine to be the supplier of the equipment and the software license for the software described in the Quote, and such Licensor of the Customer will be responsible for implementation and training instead of SpeedLine, SpeedLine will train the Licensor's personnel to perform implementation and training in respect of the equipment and software, which must be performed by the trained personnel of such Licensor. Where the Customer will perform its own implementation and training, the Customer's personnel shall first have completed SpeedLine's training to SpeedLine's satisfaction, and the Customer must use such personnel as trained by SpeedLine to perform the implementation and training in accordance with SpeedLine's specifications and standards and with the approval of SpeedLine in writing in advance. If SpeedLine is required to perform additional training for new or replacement personnel of the Customer, SpeedLine reserves the right to charge for the same at its then-current standard charge rate plus expenses.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza FDD, when SpeedLine provides implementation and training for its software products, they will provide one or more specially trained technicians with the required special knowledge of the software products to provide the implementation and training. These services are included within the payments made by the Beggars Pizza franchisee to SpeedLine for the software license and system purchase, as detailed in the agreement and any associated quotes.
If Beggars Pizza approves SpeedLine as the supplier of the equipment and software license, but the Beggars Pizza franchisee is responsible for the implementation and training, SpeedLine will train the franchisee's personnel to perform these tasks. This implementation and training must be performed by the trained personnel of Beggars Pizza. If the Beggars Pizza franchisee chooses to handle implementation and training themselves, their personnel must first complete SpeedLine's training to SpeedLine's satisfaction. These trained personnel must then perform the implementation and training according to SpeedLine's specifications, standards, and with SpeedLine's written approval in advance.
SpeedLine may charge Beggars Pizza for additional training if it is required for new or replacement personnel. This charge will be at SpeedLine's current standard rate plus expenses. The software can only be used at the Beggars Pizza franchisee's specified location and on the number of terminals that matches the number of SpeedLine software user licenses received. Any changes to the location or an increase in the number of terminals require SpeedLine's prior written consent.
