APPROVED SUPPLIER: Where the Licensor of the Customer has approved SpeedLine to be the supplier of the equipment and the software license for the software described in the Quote, and such Licensor of the Customer will be responsible for implementation and training instead of SpeedLine, SpeedLine will train the Licensor's personnel to perform implementation and training in respect of the equipment and software, which must be performed by the trained personnel of such Licensor.

Where the Customer will perform its own implementation and training, the Customer's personnel shall first have completed SpeedLine's training to SpeedLine's satisfaction, and the Customer must use such personnel as trained by SpeedLine to perform the implementation and training in accordance with SpeedLine's specifications and standards and with the approval of SpeedLine in writing in advance.

If SpeedLine is required to perform additional training for new or replacement personnel of the Customer, SpeedLine reserves the right to charge for the same at its then-current standard charge rate plus expenses.
