What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to purchase all food items, ingredients, supplies, materials, and other products and equipment used or offered for sale at the restaurant from Beggars Pizza, its affiliate, or suppliers designated by Beggars Pizza. These designated suppliers must demonstrate the ability to meet Beggars Pizza's standards and specifications, possess adequate quality controls and capacity to supply the franchisee's needs promptly and reliably, and be approved by Beggars Pizza in the manual or otherwise in writing.

Beggars Pizza may require franchisees to purchase any approved products, equipment, and merchandise solely from Beggars Pizza or an affiliate of Beggars Pizza. This ensures consistency and quality control across all franchise locations.

This requirement means a potential franchisee must be prepared to source all necessary items from approved vendors, which could impact costs and supply chain logistics. While this ensures adherence to Beggars Pizza's standards, it may limit a franchisee's ability to negotiate prices or choose local suppliers. Franchisees should carefully evaluate the approved supplier list and associated costs to understand the financial implications of this requirement.
