What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, if a Beggars Pizza customer's account with SpeedLine becomes delinquent due to non-payment, several consequences may occur. SpeedLine may declare all outstanding amounts immediately due and payable. This could encompass the entire balance if the agreement has expired or been terminated, or just the amount associated with a specific license.
SpeedLine can also demand that the customer immediately cease using the expired or terminated software or online services. This includes returning any software keys and either destroying or returning the installed software and all its components. SpeedLine may also withdraw software access codes, rendering the software or online services unusable. In such cases, SpeedLine is not liable for any business interruption, loss of profits or data, or any other damages resulting from this action.
In addition to these remedies, SpeedLine can suspend the customer's access to the online services with a 5-business day email notice if the account is delinquent or if the customer materially breaches the agreement and fails to cure the breach within the 5-day period. This suspension is an alternative to terminating the agreement but does not prevent SpeedLine from terminating the agreement at any time after the suspension.
