SpeedLine grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the SpeedLine Pay App on Devices (as defined below), subject to the terms and conditions of the Software License Agreement, as modified and supplemented hereby, and any rules or policies applied by the app store provider(s) from which the SpeedLine Pay App is downloaded.
