What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, it is not explicitly stated whether a franchisee can publish consumer data. However, the document does state that franchisees must participate in all promotional programs developed by Beggars Pizza for the system, including loyalty programs. Participation may require the franchisee to install and use the required equipment or information systems necessary to allow customers to participate in System loyalty programs at Franchisee's expense.
Furthermore, franchisees must participate in all online, electronic, or centralized ordering programs developed or designated by Beggars Pizza for the System, and only such online, electronic, or centralized ordering programs developed or designated by Beggars Pizza. This participation may include installing and using the required fixtures, equipment, and information systems necessary for participation, at the franchisee's expense, and paying fees to Beggars Pizza and/or a designated third- party provider.
Given these requirements, it is likely that Beggars Pizza collects and manages consumer data centrally. The FDD excerpts do not specify whether franchisees have access to this data or are allowed to publish it independently. A prospective franchisee should clarify with Beggars Pizza what data they can access and what restrictions exist on its use and publication.
