  • (b) Require the Customer to immediately discontinue use of the expired or terminated Installed Software or Online Services, and immediately return the applicable software key(s) to SpeedLine and destroy or return the applicable Installed Software and all copies of the Installed Software and all of its component parts to SpeedLine.
  • (c) Withdraw the Software access codes making the applicable Installed Software or Online Services unusable, in which event, SpeedLine will not be liable for any claim of business interruption or loss of profits or data or any other claims, losses or damages of any kind that may arise as a result.
