SpeedLine agrees to provide the support services of the type and as otherwise set forth in the Quote and the Customer agrees to pay the amount set forth in the Quote for such support services on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Quote. The form of the agreement for the support services shall be in SpeedLine's current standard form of Support Services Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, the form of the agreement for support services for the Beggars Pizza franchise system is SpeedLine's current standard form of Support Services Agreement. SpeedLine agrees to provide support services as outlined in the Quote, and the Customer agrees to pay the amount specified in the Quote for these support services, under the terms and conditions detailed in both the agreement and the Quote.
SpeedLine also offers optional Premiere Support Services as an add-on to Standard Support, purchased monthly with an initial 12-month term. These services are governed by a Premiere Support Services Agreement, which amends and adds to the main agreement, and include services like Menu and System Configuration Change Management and SpeedLine Software Upgrade Management.
Additionally, Second-Level Support is available, providing identical coverage to Standard Support, but exclusively for the Customer's SpeedLine certified support technicians. All stores within an organization using Second-Level Support must have a Second-Level Support Services Agreement, and the organization is responsible for payment for all stores, regardless of individual fee recovery from stores. The customer is also responsible for implementing the modem and communication software or Internet access interface and any other required telecommunication equipment and facilities as specified by SpeedLine.
