SpeedLine agrees to provide the license for the software described in the Quote and the Customer agrees to pay the amount set forth in the Quote for such license on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Quote. The form of the license shall be in SpeedLine's current standard form of Software License Agreement, except for (where applicable) the SpeedDine online ordering service which shall be in SpeedLine's then current standard form of SpeedDine Online Ordering System Subscription Agreement.

The agreement between SpeedLine Solutions Inc. and the Beggars Pizza franchisee (referred to as "Customer") involves SpeedLine providing the software license, equipment, support services, and related services as detailed in a SpeedLine quote. This quote, along with invoices, becomes part of the overall agreement. The customer acquires the right to use the software but does not gain ownership, as the software is licensed, not sold.
The license granted is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable, allowing the franchisee to implement and use one copy of the installed software at their business location on a specified number of terminals. Any changes to the number of terminals or business location require SpeedLine's prior written consent. The terms of the agreement apply to any changes or amendments, unless a new Software License Agreement is created at SpeedLine's discretion. Franchisees should note that without a Support Services Agreement with SpeedLine, they will not have access to any software updates.
For the SpeedLine Pay App, additional terms and conditions modify and supplement the Software License Agreement. The SpeedLine Pay App is considered "Software" under the Software License Agreement for a 12-month subscription license term. In case of conflicts between the agreements, the terms and conditions specific to the SpeedLine Pay App prevail. The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the SpeedLine Pay App on devices, subject to the Software License Agreement and any app store provider rules.
