What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beggars Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit unaudited financial statements to the franchisor within fifteen (15) days after the close of each month. These statements must detail the restaurant's operational results for the preceding calendar month.

Specifically, the required monthly submissions must include a complete and accurate profit and loss statement and a balance sheet. Beggars Pizza also has the right to request any other forms, reports, records, information, and data that it may reasonably designate.

This requirement allows Beggars Pizza to monitor the financial health and performance of its franchise locations, ensuring compliance and providing support where needed. For a prospective franchisee, this means maintaining meticulous financial records and being prepared to share them regularly with the franchisor. Failing to submit these reports on time can result in penalties or other repercussions as outlined in the franchise agreement.
