SpeedLine agrees to provide implementation and training in respect of the equipment and software as described in the Quote and the Customer agrees to pay the amounts set forth in the Quote for such implementation and training as well as SpeedLine's expenses reasonably and actually incurred in performing such implementation and training, which include, but without limitation, travel time for SpeedLine's personnel and SpeedLine's out-of-pocket expenses for travel, food and lodging of SpeedLine's personnel, on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Quote. The implementation date and the training dates and schedule will be notified to the Customer, and where applicable, upon SpeedLine receiving the required deposits and/or the required equipment leasing company documentation.
