What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza FDD, SpeedLine Solutions Inc. agrees to sell equipment to the franchisee as described in a SpeedLine quote. The specific equipment, purchase price, and terms and conditions are detailed in this quote, which is attached as Schedule "A" to the SpeedLine Solutions Inc. System Purchase Agreement.
The franchisee is responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and governmental fees related to the sale of the equipment. They are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required permits and licenses needed for the equipment's implementation and use at their Beggars Pizza location. The risk of loss or damage to the equipment transfers to the franchisee upon delivery to the common carrier, while the title to the equipment transfers upon delivery or full payment, whichever is later.
SpeedLine does not guarantee that the equipment will meet all of the franchisee's requirements and provides the equipment with only the manufacturer's warranty. Beggars Pizza franchisees should carefully review the SpeedLine quote to understand exactly what equipment they are purchasing, the associated costs, and the warranty terms. Franchisees should also confirm that they can meet SpeedLine's implementation criteria for the equipment and software.
