What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza FDD, the early termination fee for support services with SpeedLine is based on different criteria depending on the payment structure. If the support products and services are paid for monthly (and not part of a subscription software license) and are cancelled before the end of the initial 12-month term, the early termination fee will be the lesser of $600 or the remaining charges for the initial 12-month term.

For support products and services paid for as part of a subscription Software license, the early termination fee is based on the subscription fees owed for the remainder of the then-current initial term (either 36 or 12 months, depending on the agreement) or the 12-month renewal term, if applicable. The FDD specifies that this termination fee will be processed on the day the customer notifies SpeedLine of the cancellation.

It's important to note that to cancel the LiveMaps Microsoft Bing Mapping Data Service, if applicable, the customer must also give SpeedLine access to their POS system to deactivate the service before the requested cancellation date. Additionally, the customer must maintain an active Support Services Agreement to ensure access to all Software updates and avoid reinstatement fees.
