ommunications will involve transmission over the Internet and over various other networks that are not owned or operated by SpeedLine. Customer agrees that SpeedLine is not responsible for any electronic communications or Customer Data which are delayed, lost, altered, intercepted or stored without authorization during the transmission of any data whatsoever across networks not owned or operated by SpeedLine, including, without limitation, the Internet.
INTEGRATION WITH THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS: The Software may contain features designed to interoperate or communicate with applications and services supplied by entities other than SpeedLine ("Third Party Applications"). Third Party Applications may be provided integrated and included as part of the Software or Customer may be required to obtain access to the Third Party Applications from their supplier and/or agree to the supplier's fees and terms of service (in which case their terms of service will govern Customer's use of the Third Party Application and it is provided without representation, warranty or condition by SpeedLine). If the supplier of any Third Party Application ceases to make it available and/or the supplier's fees and terms of service (if any) are not acceptable to Customer, SpeedLine may cease providing access to such Third Party Application and the corresponding Software features without entitling Customer to any refund, credit, or other compensation.
CUSTOMER DATA: All electronic data, information or material submitted by Customer or Customer's users to the Software ("Customer Data") will remain the sole property of Customer. Customer will have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness and copyright of all Customer Data. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer grants to SpeedLine a non-exclusive license to use, copy, store, transmit and display Customer Data to the extent reasonable to provide the use of and maintain the Software and as otherwise provided herein. SpeedLine will use commercially reasonable security measures to protect Customer Data against unauthorized disclosure or use while in SpeedLine's possession or control.
Customer is responsible at its cost for procuring and maintaining its own data storage and communications links (including back-up data storage and links) as it sees fit for its business, and SpeedLine assumes no responsibility or liability in the event of loss of access to Customer Data or Online Services due to any service outage of the Software.

from Customer Data regarding use and functioning of SpeedLine's Software, provided such statistical or analytical data is in anonymized form and does not identify Customer. Such statistical or analytical data will be the sole property of SpeedLine.
Each party shall comply with its applicable obligations under any applicable data protection and privacy law and regulations (collectively, "Data Protection Law"), and shall not, by act or omission, put the other party in breach of any such Data Protection Law.

Furthermore, SpeedLine is not responsible for incompatibilities or problems caused by changes to computer hardware or operating systems implemented after the software's release, or by software updates that are incompatible with the franchisee's existing systems. This also applies if the franchisee uses hardware or operating systems not supplied and implemented by SpeedLine or a trained integrator. Beggars Pizza franchisees must meet and maintain SpeedLine's implementation criteria for equipment and software. These stipulations highlight the importance of maintaining compatible systems and adhering to SpeedLine's implementation standards to ensure the software functions correctly.
