or so long as the subscription license term continues. The Customer acknowledges that the Software will become inoperable upon the expiry or earlier withdrawal of the access code in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Certain Installed Software may incorporate automatic shutdown features that will render the Software inoperable and Online Services will become inaccessible if the Customer is no longer authorized to use them under this Agreement.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES - ONLINE SERVICES: Customer is responsible at its cost for all equipment, telecommunications, and services necessary to access the Online Services. Customer understands that electronic communication is necessary for Customer's use of the Online Services. Customer consents to SpeedLine's receipt and storage of electronic communications and Customer Data. Customer acknowledges that Customer's electronic communications will involve transmission over the Internet and over various other networks that are not owned or operated by SpeedLine. Customer agrees that SpeedLine is not responsible for any electronic communications or Customer Data which are delayed, lost, altered, intercepted or stored without authorization during the transmission of any data whatsoever across networks not owned or operated by SpeedLine, including, without limitation, the Internet.
INTEGRATION WITH THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS: The Software may contain features designed to interoperate or communicate with applications and services supplied by entities other than SpeedLine ("Third Party Applications"). Third Party Applications may be provided integrated and included as part of the Software or Customer may be required to obtain access to the Third Party Applications from their supplier and/or agree to the supplier's fees and terms of service (in which case their terms of service will govern Customer's use of the Third Party Application and it is provided without representation, warranty or condition by SpeedLine).
