What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Restaurant' refers to the Beggars Pizza restaurant that the franchisee is granted the right and obligation to establish and operate under the terms of the franchise agreement. This includes operating under the Proprietary Marks and System, which may be changed and improved at Beggars Pizza's discretion. The franchisee must operate the Restaurant only at the location identified in Exhibit A, known as the "Approved Location."

If a location hasn't been secured and approved when the agreement is executed, the franchisee has 90 days to lease or acquire a location, subject to Beggars Pizza's approval as detailed in the Site Selection Addendum (Exhibit B). The franchisee cannot relocate the Restaurant without prior written approval from Beggars Pizza, which Beggars Pizza may withhold at its sole discretion.
