What This Means (2025 FDD)

The 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document does not explicitly define "menu items." However, it is implied that "menu items" are those food and beverage products that Beggars Pizza franchisees are approved to sell to customers.

According to the FDD, franchisees must provide delivery service of all "approved menu items" to customers within their territory, adhering to Beggars Pizza's delivery standards. Franchisees may also be required to participate in promotional programs, such as gift card programs, where gift cards can be redeemed at any Beggars Pizza restaurant for "menu items or products".

Prospective franchisees should ask Beggars Pizza for a detailed list of approved menu items, including any restrictions or requirements related to their sale or preparation. Franchisees should also inquire about the process for adding or changing menu items, and whether they have any input into menu development.
