What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, the agreement term commences on the Agreement Date. The specific date is to be entered into the agreement form.
The agreement remains effective until the franchise agreement expires or is terminated, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. The agreement will automatically terminate if the Franchise Agreement is terminated.
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement with 30 days prior written notice if a material default by the other party occurs and is not cured. The current purchase price for each Product charged by Supplier and paid by Franchisee as of the Agreement Date is set forth in Exhibit A.
