but without limitation, travel time for SpeedLine's personnel and SpeedLine's out-of-pocket expenses for travel, food and lodging of SpeedLine's personnel, on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Quote. The implementation date and the training dates and schedule will be notified to the Customer, and where applicable, upon SpeedLine receiving the required deposits and/or the required equipment leasing company documentation.
7. SPECIAL SERVICES AND CROSS BORDER SERVICES: The software products are manufactured in Canada. The software products of SpeedLine require implementation and training to be carried out only by specially trained technicians. In connection with the software products, including the software products which are supplied by SpeedLine from Canada and delivered to the Customer outside Canada, and where SpeedLine will provide the implementation and training, incidental to the payments by the Customer to SpeedLine for the software license and the system purchase as described in this Agreement, SpeedLine will provide the services of one or more specially trained technicians with the required special knowledge of the software products to provide the implementation and training as called for under and within the costs set

- APPROVED SUPPLIER: Where the Licensor of the Customer has approved SpeedLine to be the supplier of the equipment and the software license for the software described in the Quote, and such Licensor of the Customer will be responsible for implementation and training instead of SpeedLine, SpeedLine will train the Licensor's personnel to perform implementation and training in respect of the equipment and software, which must be performed by the trained personnel of such Licensor.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza FDD, SpeedLine, a software provider, manufactures its products in Canada. When these software products are supplied by SpeedLine from Canada and delivered to a Beggars Pizza franchisee outside of Canada, SpeedLine will provide implementation and training services if the customer pays SpeedLine for the software license and system purchase, as detailed in the agreement and quote.
SpeedLine will send specially trained technicians who possess the necessary knowledge of the software products to conduct the implementation and training. These services are included within the costs outlined in the agreement and the quote provided to the franchisee.
However, if the Beggars Pizza licensor approves SpeedLine as the equipment and software license supplier but assumes responsibility for implementation and training, SpeedLine will instead train the licensor's personnel to perform these tasks. Alternatively, if the franchisee chooses to handle their own implementation and training, their personnel must first complete SpeedLine's training to SpeedLine's satisfaction and receive written approval in advance. SpeedLine reserves the right to charge additional fees for any further training required for new or replacement personnel of the franchisee.
