SOFTWARE KEY; ACCESS CODES: SpeedLine will provide the Customer with a software key and assign an access code to activate the Software for use by the Customer. Where a License is for an unlimited term, the access code will not expire or else will be extended by SpeedLine as necessary. Where a License is for a fixed prepaid license term or an extended or renewed prepaid license term, the access code will be for the prepaid license term only. Where a License is for a subscription license term, the access code will be for so long as the subscription license term continues. The Customer acknowledges that the Software will become inoperable upon the expiry or earlier withdrawal of the access code in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Certain Installed Software may incorporate automatic shutdown features that will render the Software inoperable and Online Services will become inaccessible if the Customer is no longer authorized to use them under this Agreement.
