- b. SpeedLine will post the App for download by Users at app store provider websites specified in the Quote, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any rules or policies applied by the app store provider(s).
SpeedLine may terminate Customer's and its End Users' use of the SpeedLine Pay App and access to the SpeedLine Pay App on the appstore(s) in any of the following circumstances: (i) Customer ceases to use or loses its rights to use the SpeedLine point-of-sale solution for any reason; (ii) Customer ceases to use or loses its right to use the SpeedLine Pay App for any reason; or (iii) upon 180 days' notice to Customer if SpeedLine discontinues the SpeedLine Pay App as part of SpeedLine's business in SpeedLine's sole discretion. Upon termination for any reason: (a) all rights granted to Customer and End Users to use the SpeedLine Pay App shall cease; and (b) Customer must immediately delete or remove the SpeedLine Pay App from all Devices of Customer or its End Users, and immediately destroy all copies of the SpeedLine Pay App then in Customer's or its User's possession, custody or control and certify to SpeedLine that Customer has done so.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, the SpeedLine Pay App will be available for download at app store provider websites specified in the Quote. Beggars Pizza customers can download the app from these locations.
Beggars Pizza franchisees and their end users are responsible for providing all devices and any other equipment or systems necessary to use the SpeedLine Pay App. They must also meet the operating system and other system requirements for the SpeedLine Pay App, and obtain Internet access and pay all telecommunications charges for use of the SpeedLine Pay App.
SpeedLine may terminate a Beggars Pizza customer's and its End Users' use of the SpeedLine Pay App and access to the SpeedLine Pay App on the appstore(s) if the customer ceases to use or loses its rights to use the SpeedLine point-of-sale solution for any reason, ceases to use or loses its right to use the SpeedLine Pay App for any reason, or upon 180 days' notice to Customer if SpeedLine discontinues the SpeedLine Pay App as part of SpeedLine's business in SpeedLine's sole discretion. Upon termination for any reason, all rights granted to Customer and End Users to use the SpeedLine Pay App shall cease, and Customer must immediately delete or remove the SpeedLine Pay App from all Devices of Customer or its End Users, and immediately destroy all copies of the SpeedLine Pay App then in Customer's or its User's possession, custody or control and certify to SpeedLine that Customer has done so.
